JOLLOF COURT surrounds the wide ranged battle concerning Ghanaian and Nigerian jollof rice as this debate highly surrounds the question of which on better. This battle is taken out of the social media context and placed in a courtroom for a judge to determine the true answer.

It’s London mid 90s, two female graffiti artists unknowingly plot the murder of their friend. Combining theatre and poetry the play sets up one fictional narrative to reveal a more pertinent one of struggle and dominance in society.

Tyler has been caught with a knife on school premises. The head teacher Mrs Preston has instantly decided he would be expelled. Miss Fraser, his teacher, is determined to not let that happen no matter the cost. DISMISSED is a critical study of the state school system in Britain raising questions on punishment, class, race and masculinity.
